02) HOW ABOUT PRICE POLICY ?

Fare Rate: All fares do not include fuel surcharge, tax, insurance. Fares and routing subject to change depending on travel market situation at airline's discretion. Taxes and Fuel Surcharges can only be finalized and confirmed at the point of ticket issuance. Postpone payment, price can be changing and also will be cancelled by the Airline.
Hotel Rate: All room rates are net per room per night inclusive of Service Charge & VAT
Transfer Rate, Package Rate, Ticket Rate: All transfer rates are per person per package.

Is there any fee for booking service ? There is no charge to use our booking service. In fact, you will usually save a lot of money by booking at our special rates.

03) HOW ABOUT BOOKING PROCEDURES ?

For all services request, we will make tentative booking. If It is fully booked we will suggest similar standard and location. It will take less than 24 hours if booking is received during office hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon - Fri).

07) HOW ABOUT PRIVACY POLICY ?

 www.vipholidaytravel.com we understand and respect the importance of your privacy. It is our policy that personal information is private and confidential.  We use order forms that allow you to book our services. We collect your name, e-mail, address. This information is used to process and check orders and contact you in case there is a question or problem with a reservation. Personal information is not released to third parties, except if release is required by law, or is pertinent to judicial.

08) WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT ROOM CATEGORIES ?

Generally hotels have 4 bedrooms categories : Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Executive, with executive being the highest standard of room.
Single Room for 1person only. The room contains 1 single bed or twin bed.
Double Room for 2 people only. The room contains 1 queen bed or king size bed or if not available a twin bed.
Twin Room for 2 people only. The room contains 2 single beds or if not available a king size bed.
Family Rooms There are 2 main types of family rooms, as follows :
Triple Room
 for 3 people only. The room contains either : 1 queen & 1 single bed or 3 single beds. Please specify special request in reservation form.
Quad Room for 4 people only. The room contains either : 2 queen beds or 1 queen & 2 single beds or 4 single beds and also bunk bed. Please specify special request in reservation form.
We can also assist you about accommodation that can accommodate more than 4 people in a room.
 Please specify the number of people in your party when completing your reservation request form.
Note that all kinds of room category are on request and depend on room availability.

09) HOW ABOUT CHILDREN POLICY ?

How much is charged for children staying with their parents ? Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding. The age requirement differs depending on the specific hotel's policy. This may be listed on the Hotel Lodging page.
Children more than 12 years of age is considered an adult by the hotel industry. Normal charges will apply both for the room and breakfast.
The child supplements will apply to children between the ages of 2-12 years (unless a different age range is specified). They only apply in twin or double rooms.
Child supplements will not be available if the child age is not specified at the time of booking and we will charge for three adults in a triple room if this information is not supplied.  Free cots for babies are only suitable for children under 2 years old.
Do hotels have minimum age requirements ? Some hotels, foreign and domestic, may have minimum age restrictions or requirements when booking a room.

10) MISCELLANEOUS

How do I make a reservation for someone else ? Fill their names instead of you for guest name. Please use your email to receive your booking confirmation.
What happens to my booking if my flight is delayed ?  Please inform directly the hotel as any additional or no charge will only depend on the hotel policy. For other services please inform to us by phone or e-mail: sale@vipholidaytravel.com
What is a CONFIRMATION VOUCHER ? A confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check-in.  Make sure to have it in hand upon arrival. If you have any problem about a confirmation voucher. What are the check in and check out times ? Normal policy for hotels : check in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check out time before 12:00 a.m.
Can I have vegetarian food ? Just select your preference on the special request part of the reservation form.
