This means that full payment is made to us by invoice and we will provide you with a Confirmation Voucher ( E - Voucher ).

We do not make any charges to your credit card until your booking confirmed. Once the reservation is confirmed, we charge your credit card and one copy of the confirmation voucher ( E - Voucher ) will be sent to you via e-mail (to be printed out by yourself), fax or handed over to by our guide if airport transfer is requested.

In case local Bank Transfer to Kasikorn Bank we can confirm payment within 1 hour.
In case transfer from bank outside Thailand, please confirm details about name of your bank, date and amount being transferred. As soon as payment has been received, we can process your booking. For local transfer within 24 hours we can confirm payment. For international Bank Transfer, please kindly allow more than 1 days for the money to reach us.

In the case that booking was done at the last minute and you did not receive the E - Voucher simply, you can check-in with your passport. |

* * * Please note: If you have paid by credit card, the payment will appear on your credit card statement under the name of ViP HOLiDAY COUNTER SERVICE.
* * * The E - Voucher is our payment guarantee to the hotel or service company for Accommodation only. The hotel or service company will request your credit card imprint for other services such as telephone, laundry, room service and mini-bar which are to be settled at your own cost when checking-out. |
